> Let the candle burn until the wax melts evenly to the edges of the container. This prevents the "tunnel" effect and ensures an even burn in subsequent uses.
Wick Care
> For wooden wicks, remove excess burnt charcoal before relighting, leaving it about 3-5mm high.
> For cotton wicks, always trim to about 5mm before each use to avoid high flame and soot.
Safe Place for Burning
> Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface.
Keep away from curtains, fabrics or flammable materials.
> Never burn the candle near drafts (open windows, fans, air conditioning), as this can affect the burning process and produce smoke.
Maximum Burning Time
> Do not burn the candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time to avoid overheating the container.
Allow the wax to solidify before relighting.
Erase Correctly
> Use a candle extinguisher or the candle lid itself if the model comes with a lid.
